Would you allow me to be selfless today?
I felt a wonderful and pleasant tingling sensation in my head when she looked through my sketchbook.
The people we admire are not the people we’d like to be with, and the people we’d like to be with are not the way we’d like to be and the way we’d like to be is not the way people see us and the way people see us is not the way we are and the way we are is not the way we think we are and the way we think we are is not the way others think we think we are and the way others think we think we are is not the way we think they think we are but most importantly, it’s not the way they think we think they think we are. So who are we?
Telling someone that their good deeds don’t count because they’re not members of a religion is like saying that not believing in God means you don’t have a soul.
We all abide by the Will of the Great Spirit, whether we believe or not. How sad, however, not to know where to direct our appreciation.
The year 2006. The world is under attack and doesn’t know it. Our moral fiber is being altered and weakened. We are being confused by contradictory questions with contradictory answers. The media is spinning us. We’re told to look left, and then right; ahead and then behind. There! No, there! Yes, there! No! That way! Over there!
Intense distractions keeping us busy, afraid, insecure and lost. No place to hide except for our work. No place that’s safe, except for our work. No place to grow except for our work. No place to belong, except for our work. No other place to go.
The losses are great. Families abolished. Faiths forgotten. Souls, vanished. Our opinions annulled and our thoughts, self destructive. We live in a time where eloquence is seen as arrogance. We live in a time where serving others is seen as false generosity.
We live in a time of artificial poverty which turns good deeds of charity into poisonous acts of drug abuse. And there lies truly the worst of conditions. When Faith, Righteousness, Justice, Love and all things good are turned to filth and darkness, how can light, then, ever shine? Its very essence is consumed by the disease that surrounds it. The anti-Christ has truly arrived.
Intuition is the ability our mind has to piece together a truth from abstract relationships
Intuition is our ability to be receptive to the things our mind has already deciphered
Intuition is our ability to look at what we have seen
Intuition is our ability to see ourselves in others
Intuition is our mind’s reach
Our human spirit is the difference between us in life with that of us in death
Solve a problem with love. It’s better that way…
This orange silk scarf soothingly melted my neck
This place is for you and for me. You are welcome to stay as long as you want.
